Question 1

What is Arrivli?

Accepted Answer

Arrivli is a relocation platform built for people moving internationally. We go beyond the logistics, covering admin, visas, housing, banking, healthcare, and the emotional side of settling in somewhere new. Think of it as a personalised arrival guide, AI companion, and task manager all in one.

Question 2

Who is Arrivli for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone moving internationally, whether for work, family, study, retirement, or a lifestyle change. We're especially useful for people who don't have a corporate HR team handling things for them and need to figure it out themselves.

Question 3

Which countries do you support?

Accepted Answer

You can move from anywhere in the world. We currently support moves to four destinations: the US, UK, Spain, and Portugal, which are where we've done the deep research to make our guidance genuinely useful. We're expanding to more destinations, so if yours isn't listed, join the waitlist on the onboarding page and we'll notify you when it launches.

Question 4

Is Arrivli only for people who haven't moved yet?

Accepted Answer

No. Many users are already in their new country but still figuring things out: registering with a GP, sorting their tax situation, finding community. The Arrival Journal and Settling In features are specifically designed for people who have arrived but do not quite feel at home yet.

Question 5

What does the personalised roadmap include?

Accepted Answer

Your roadmap is a task list generated specifically for your origin country, destination, move reason, family situation, health needs, and personal complexity (pets, property, subscriptions, etc.). Each task includes a description with the actual researched answer, not just 'look into this', but the specific visa name, office, deadline, and cost you need to know.

Question 6

What is Ari, the AI Companion?

Accepted Answer

Ari is your AI relocation advisor. You can ask Ari anything about your move: visa rules, healthcare registration, banking options, what to do when you arrive, and get personalised, specific answers. Ari is available on the Premium plan and above.

Question 7

What is the Arrival Journal?

Accepted Answer

The Arrival Journal is a structured monthly check-in (3, 6, and 12 months post-move) that tracks how you are really settling in, not just the admin, but your sense of belonging, social life, stress levels, and wellbeing. At the end of each check-in, Ari provides personalised advice based on your responses.

Question 8

Can I store my documents in Arrivli?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Document Vault lets you securely upload and organise important files: passports, visa documents, tenancy agreements, insurance policies, and more. Files are stored privately and only accessible to you.

Question 9

What is the City Comparison tool?

Accepted Answer

The City Comparison tool lets you compare two cities side-by-side across cost of living, quality of life, healthcare, weather, and more. Useful if you're still deciding between destinations or neighbourhoods within a country.

Question 10

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can generate your personalised roadmap, see a preview of your tasks, and explore the platform before signing up. The Basic plan gives you access to task management, the document vault, budget tracker, city comparison, and the provider directory.

Question 11

What's the difference between Basic and Premium?

Accepted Answer

Basic gives you all the self-serve tools. Premium adds full access to Ari, the AI Relocation Advisor: personalised guidance on visa rules, healthcare, banking, and more, plus unlimited document storage and AI-assisted task creation.

Question 12

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Packages page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Question 13

Is there a discount for new customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. First-time customers get 50% off their first month on any subscription plan. The discount applies to your first month of membership only; after that your plan renews at the standard monthly price. It's available once per customer.

Question 14

Do you offer enterprise or team plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Enterprise & HR plan is for companies relocating employees. It includes multi-user licences, a dedicated account manager, custom relocation plans per employee, and an SLA guarantee. Get in touch at partnerships@arrivli.com for custom pricing.

Question 15

How does onboarding work?

Accepted Answer

You answer 6 short questions about your move: where you're going, why, your family situation, health needs, and priorities. We then generate a personalised roadmap before you even create an account, so you can see exactly what you'll get before committing.

Question 16

Do I need to create an account to see my roadmap?

Accepted Answer

No. You can complete the questionnaire and preview your roadmap without signing up. When you're ready to save it and start ticking things off, you create a free account and your roadmap is automatically saved.

Question 17

Can I redo my onboarding questionnaire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your plans change, whether that is a different destination, a different timeline or new family circumstances, you can redo the questionnaire from your Profile page. Your previous roadmap will be replaced with a freshly generated one.

Question 18

I signed up but my roadmap is empty. What happened?

Accepted Answer

This can happen if the task generation timed out during onboarding. Go to your Dashboard and use the 'Regenerate roadmap' option, or go through the onboarding questionnaire again from your Profile page. If the problem persists, contact us at hello@arrivli.com.

Question 19

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your documents are stored privately: they're not publicly accessible and require a short-lived signed URL to view. Your relocation data is tied to your account and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

Question 20

What browsers and devices does Arrivli support?

Accepted Answer

Arrivli works on all modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and is fully responsive on mobile and desktop. A mobile app is coming soon.

Question 21

How do I cancel my account or delete my data?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription from the Packages page at any time. To request full account and data deletion, email us at privacy@arrivli.com and we'll process it within 30 days in line with GDPR.

Question 22

I have a question that isn't answered here.
