Move abroad with someone in your corner.
Alongside the Arrivli platform, I work directly with a small number of one-to-one clients: people moving in the next 12 months who want a coach who has done this from both sides, as a corporate mobility planner inside global firms, and as someone who has moved internationally many times herself.
What I believe
Your move doesn't need another consultant. It needs someone who's done this.
This is for you if…
- You're moving internationally in the next 12 months and feel underprepared
- The volume of information is overwhelming and you need a filter
- You want someone who has actually moved, not a consultant reading a script
- You'd rather have one expert to call than ten Facebook groups
- You want to do the move yourself, but with a guide in your corner
- The administrative side is one problem; the emotional side is another, you want both addressed
This is not for you if…
- You want someone to handle every logistical detail end-to-end (you need a full-service relocation company)
- You're looking for legal or tax advice in a regulated capacity (you need a solicitor or accountant)
- You haven't decided whether you want to move
- You're moving in the next 3 weeks (the value comes from longer engagement)
- You're looking for a quick answer to a single question (most of it is free on the site)

Your coach
I've spent my career on both sides of relocation.
I've worked inside global companies for sixteen years, and for two of them, helping people move countries was the actual job. As a corporate mobility planner, I handled the visa paperwork, the immigration filings, the housing logistics: all the pieces that have to land in the right order for a move to actually work.
I've also done it many times myself. Six countries I've stayed in long enough to call them more than a trip, three I've made home. What both sides taught me is that moving abroad is really two moves stacked on top of each other. The first is logistical: visas, flats, banks, schools, and it ends in a few months. The second is harder. It's about settling, finding your footing, building a life that feels like yours. That part takes a year. It's also the part the industry has mostly decided not to deal with.
That's the gap I work in. If we're a fit, I'd be glad to do it with you.

How it works
The shape of an engagement.
The intro call
Free, 30 minutes, no commitment. We talk about your move and whether I'm the right person to help. If not, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
The pre-engagement audit
Before our first paid session, you fill out a detailed questionnaire: destination, timeline, motivations, what's already in motion, what you're worried about. I read it properly before we meet.
Session one: the map
We build your arrival plan together. Every decision you need to make in the next twelve months, in the order it needs to happen. You leave with a document.
The working months
Sessions every 2 to 3 weeks. Voxer between sessions for the small things. We work through the visa, the housing, the logistics, and then around month two of your arrival, the harder thing nobody else helps with.
The handoff
By the end of the engagement, you have what you needed: the move done, the foundations laid, and the framework for the year that follows. We can extend if there's reason to.
What movers have said
In their own words.
Saw the move two months ahead of me. Every time something hard arrived, she'd already prepared me for it. Worth more than the relocation company we cancelled.
UK to Portugal, 2025
I thought I needed a checklist. Turns out I needed someone to tell me, at month three, that I wasn't failing. That single conversation changed how the rest of the year went.
US to Spain, 2025
Moving countries comes with a hundred checklists, and somehow none of them tell you whether you're actually okay. She helped me make sense of the practical stuff, cut through the conflicting advice online, and point out the things I hadn't thought of yet. But more than that, she made me feel like someone had my back through the whole process. Not just the logistics, but the emotional weight of starting again somewhere new. That support alone is worth every cent to me.

Stephanie has a gift for cutting through the noise and helping you focus on what matters right now, without losing sight of the end goal. When things felt overwhelming, she brought clarity and helped me find the next step to take. Nothing is scripted or generic. She listens carefully, asks the right questions, and helps you spot challenges and solutions you'd otherwise miss. Encouraging without being pushy. I'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating a significant life transition.
Coaching client
Frequently asked
The questions most people ask first.
Are you a therapist?
No. I'm not a licensed mental health professional and the coaching isn't therapy. What I am is someone who has lived several major moves, studied the cross-cultural psychology literature, and built a framework around it. If what you need is therapy, I'll refer you to therapists who work with international movers.
Do you replace a relocation company?
For most individual movers, yes. The full-service relocation companies coordinate vendors for a fee that typically adds 40 to 50% to your move costs. I know the work because I've done it from the inside. You hire the vendors yourself, at retail, and save the coordination markup.
What about tax and legal advice?
I won't give it. Both are regulated. What I will do is tell you when to engage a specialist, what to look for, and which questions to ask. I refer clients to an immigration solicitor and a cross-border tax accountant regularly.
Why is the cohort so small?
Because coaching done well doesn't scale. Six clients per cohort is what I can do at the depth this work actually requires: reading every intake document carefully, holding the threads between sessions, being responsive between calls. The cohort size is a feature, not a constraint.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The full engagement can be paid as three monthly payments of £800, or in full at a small discount. The deep-dive (2 sessions) is a single payment. The intro call is free.
What if it's not working?
You can end the engagement after the first paid session and receive a partial refund. I'd rather you stop than stay if the fit isn't right. We'll have a direct conversation about it.
